Chameleon Technology’s energy and environmental monitoring system continues to gain attention in the social housing space.

The Gateway Connect has made an immediate impact with housing providers and landlords looking for an affordable, scalable monitoring solution. New regulations and timeframes like Awaab’s Law are putting additional pressure on providers to respond faster to issues like damp and mould, as well as establish clear documentation.

Chameleon’s energy and environmental monitoring solution brings multiple data streams together for faster, more efficient property management – and made the shortlist of two more industry awards as a result.

The Energy Awards 2026

We’re absolutely thrilled to have made the shortlist of this year’s Energy Awards! The category is Digital Development of the Year – Building or Estate Management Efficiency.

We know that our Gateway Connect energy and environmental monitoring solution offers something new for social housing and landlords. It’s incredible to see that reflected in our solution making the shortlist for this category.

The Northern Housing Awards 2026

Staying a little closer to home, we’ve also shortlisted for The Northern Housing Awards 2026.

The Technology Partner of the Year category covers so many different types of businesses, and we’re thrilled to have been recognised by the judges as one of the stand-out entrants.
