Nexus brings together Chameleon’s connected hardware, data infrastructure and analytics capabilities to capture and analyse live energy and environmental data, including temperature, humidity, gas and electricity consumption.

Built for the housing sector, including social housing providers, housing associations, councils and private landlords. Combines a plug-and-play device to capture real-time temperature, humidity, gas and electricity data, with data analytics, providing insights and alerts to support damp and mould prevention, proactive maintenance, energy efficiency, compliance and resident wellbeing.
Nexus Portfolio
Advanced insights and optimisation service for businesses managing multiple buildings, assets and low-carbon technologies. It transforms energy and environmental data into a variety of predictive insights and alerts, to help identify inefficiencies and potential equipment failures, optimise performance, reduce costs and monitor ESG performance across multiple sites.
